Thank you for shopping at ModFragrances.com. We strive to provide you with the best shopping experience and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Shipping & Returns Policy carefully to understand the procedures and guidelines for shipping and returning products.

1. Shipping

1.1 Order Processing: We process and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days after receiving the order confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

1.2 Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options based on your location and the products you have ordered. The available shipping methods and associated costs will be displayed during the checkout process.

1.3 Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

1.4 Shipping Restrictions: Please note that some products may have specific shipping restrictions due to regulations or carrier limitations. We will notify you if any restrictions apply to your order.

1.5 International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries only (Canada and Mexico using UPS Ground or USPS Ground). Additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

2. Returns

2.1 Returns

We have a 30-day return policy for all US based customer, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Note: We do not offer returns or refunds for international orders, including those to Canada, Mexico, and Brazil, unless the item is lost or damaged during delivery.

Note: For hygienic reasons, perfume roll-on oils are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This policy ensures the safety and well-being of all our customers by preventing potential contamination. Thank you for your understanding.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. We understand that testing a fragrance is essential, so you may try it with a sniff or a few initial sprays before deciding. Please also include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

To start a return, you can initiate our online return process. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2.2 Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

2.3 Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygienic reasons, perfume roll-on oils are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This policy ensures the safety and well-being of all our customers by preventing potential contamination. Thank you for your understanding.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

2.4 Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

2.5 European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@modfragrances.com.
