2.1 Return Eligibility: We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

2.2 Return Process:

- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

- Ship the return package to the address provided along with the RMA number. Please ensure that the package is adequately insured and that you retain proof of shipment.
- For a limited time, we offer Free Returns and return label will be provided. 

2.3 Refunds:

- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund.
- Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or the original payment method used during the purchase, as per your preference.
- Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- The refund processing time may vary, but we strive to complete the process within 5 business days after receiving the returned product.
