Shipping Policy & Protection

  • Processing & Delivery: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates vary by courier. Mod Fragrances is not liable for carrier-related delays once an order has shipped.

  • International & Military Shipping: We ship to select countries (e.g., Canada and Mexico). Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Alcohol-based perfumes cannot ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses due to Hazmat regulations (roll-on oils are permitted).

  • Shipping Protection: We highly recommend adding Shipping Protection at checkout. If you opt out, Mod Fragrances is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once a carrier marks them as "delivered."

Returns & Exchanges (U.S. Only)

  • 30-Day Window: U.S. customers can request a return or one exchange within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original packaging with tags intact (a few initial test sprays are acceptable).

  • Processing Fees: A $6.99 USD fee per item will be deducted from your refund or charged for exchanges to cover return shipping costs.

  • Non-Refundable Shipping: Original shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable for all returns and exchanges.

  • International Restrictions: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for international orders unless the item was lost or damaged during delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Hygiene & Custom Exceptions: For safety and sanitary reasons, perfume roll-on oils are strictly non-returnable. Bundle Packs, Discovery Sets, and 5ml Travel-size bottles are made-to-order and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  • Sale Items: All gift cards and sale items are final sale.

  • EU Customers: Merchandise shipped to the European Union qualifies for a 14-day cooling-off period, provided the items are entirely unused and in original packaging.

Refunds & Contact Information

  • Refund Timelines: Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds are applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Multi-Item Deals: If you return a portion of a promotional bundle (e.g., "Buy 3, Get 20% Off"), your refund will be adjusted to reflect the standard price of the items you kept.
