I picked up Decree as an alternative to Amouage Decision, and I am seriously impressed. For the price point, the quality you are getting here is insane. It captures that beautiful, complex incense and spice DNA perfectly. The cardamom and pink pepper opening is bold and attention-grabbing, and as it settles, you get a really rich, masculine woody profile.
It might be slightly punchier and less creamy than the Amouage original, but I actually prefer the extra edge it brings. Plus, the performance is absolute beast mode, three sprays will easily last you all day and project across the room. If you love deep, spicy, resinous fragrances and want something that punches way above its price tag, this is a must-buy.

So this is my first “not so pleased” review

So this is my first “not so pleased” review. 99% of my reviews show how ecstatic and pleased I am with the fragrances so don’t judge Mod off this review alone. So, decree smells like a mix between Mods Oud For Greatnes and Etat Libre d’Oranges Spice Must Flow. Decision is supposed to be a Mildly sweet, creamy, amber, woody, and resinous/incense based scent. This is just wood with heavy pungent spices. And not spices like V&R Spicebomb, more like heavy spices that lean a bit sour. There is zero sweet or creaminess to this scent. Decision is known as one of Amouge’s more mass appealing scents. This is in no way mass appealing. It smells worlds away from my Decision decant. Some may love this fragrance. Unfortunately it’s a regret for me. Take my review with a grain of salt as we all have different olfactory perception, and we all enjoy different realms of fragrances, so don’t decide against ordering this based solely on my review. I hope h his does help someone, and I’m sorry Mod 😵, but after how many I’ve ordered, ya gotta lose a few lol.
