Wholesale Terms & Conditions
1. Minimum Order Requirements (MOQ)
- For a limited time, Mod Fragrances is offering minimum MOQ of any 10 bottles from our catalog on Wholesale Price.
2. Pricing & Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)
- All authorized retailers must adhere to our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy.
- Products cannot be advertised or sold online or in-store for less than the listed MSRP (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price) unless participating in an authorized Mod Fragrances brand-wide sale.
3. Payment Terms
- All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase prior to shipping.
- We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
- Net 30 terms may be offered to established partners after six months of consistent ordering, subject to credit approval.
4. Third-Party Marketplace Restrictions
- To protect our brand integrity, retailers are strictly prohibited from selling Mod Fragrances on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart.com, or Etsy without prior written consent.
- Products may only be sold through the retailer's physical store or approved independent e-commerce website.
5. Shipping & Fulfillment
- Wholesale orders typically process and ship within 3–5 business days.
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the retailer and are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
6. Returns & Damages
- We do not accept returns on unsold wholesale merchandise.
- If products arrive damaged or defective, or if there is an error in your shipment, claims must be reported to our wholesale team within 5 business days of receipt. Please include photographic evidence of the damage and original packaging for a replacement or credit.
