This service safeguards your order against being lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. Protected packages are shipped utilizing carrier insurance and require Proof of Delivery, ensuring your fragrances reach you safely and securely.

How to File a Claim (For Protected Orders)

If you opted into Shipping Protection and experienced an issue with your delivery, please review our claim guidelines below:

  • Damaged Products: If your package arrives damaged, you must report it to us within 24 hours of delivery. Please include clear pictures of the damaged items and packaging. Note: We cannot accept or process damage claims reported after this 24-hour window.

  • Stolen Packages (Marked Delivered with Proof): If your package is marked as "Delivered" and includes Proof of Delivery (POD), but you suspect it was stolen, you must provide a formal Police Report or file a claim directly with the carrier to proceed.

  • Lost Packages (No Proof of Delivery): If the carrier marks your package as delivered but is unable to provide GPS tracking data or valid Proof of Delivery, your Shipping Protection guarantees a full refund or a free replacement of your order.

  • Delivered to the Wrong Address: If the carrier delivers your package to the incorrect address, you may file a claim. You will need to work with our support team to verify the delivery GPS coordinates or obtain proof of misdelivery from the driver.

Opting out of Shipping Protection means assuming responsibility for the package once it leaves our facility.
